Three windings with a difference of 120 °are placed in the circumferential space of the rotor, and then the three windings are connected according to the star or triangle connection method, the three windings are connected with the three-phase AC voltage, and the three-phase AC current flows into the three windings. The three windings will produce a rotating magnetic field similar to that produced by magnets. Each closed conductor in the rotating magnetic field produces an induced current, and the magnetic field exerts a force on the conductor through which the current flows.
