The Metal special subcontracting trolley for casting is mainly composed of a horizontal pouring ladle, a control hand wheel, a boom, and a movable platform. The hand wheel can be manually controlled or electrically controlled.
Ladle capacity and casting width can be customized on demand
The portable casting pouring ladle trolley is suitable for the casting of molten iron/steel/aluminum/water in various specifications of molding casting lines, laying rails on both sides of the sand box as required, the trolley runs back and forth on the rails, and the casting subcontracting can be left and right on the trolley Move 0-500mm for casting.
Compared with the double ball rail casting loop line, the equipment saves cost, saves manpower, simple operation, stable casting, safe and reliable.

Q: How many days do you need to produce this machine?
A: It depends on the size of the machine. Usually20-30 days for shot blasting machine and sand machines, 45days around for production line equipments.

A: First of all, we have professional technical team to design the machine. And we have strict production system, the quality inspection department will check the quality regularly. For the smaller machine we will install the machine at our workshop to make sure it can work well.For the bigger machine, we will install the machine for our customers until it can work well
