Main structure:

The machine mainly consists of frame, pressing part, transporting part, bulbous shell part, leaf vegetable section part, transmission part and digital control circuit part.

Working principle:

The machine works in two parts: leafy vegetable and bulbous vegetable. When leafy vegetable is cut, the vegetable to be cut is placed on the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt conveys the vegetable to the inlet and outlet. The high-speed cutting knife cuts the vegetable into segments or sheets. When processing bulbous vegetable, the inlet and outlet can be selected according to the shape of the vegetable. The long rhizomes can be cut into the required specifications by choosing a small feeding port.
