Based on Nickel-Cobalt-Copper Technology and New Materials Application, we develop the new valve and seat of piston diaphragm pump
with following features. 1. High anti-acid (sulfur corrosion), suitable for abrasive slurry of copper, iron, aluminium etc mineral mining.
2. High anti-friction
3. Low friction
4. High impact resistance
The normal main material of Valve Assembly is high quality alloy steels,such as Nickel-Cobalt-Copper.The Valve Insert was made by
newly high molecular materials,to make the piston diaphragm pump spares to resist high-temperature,high-pressure,anti-friction and
sulfur corrosion.
However, it is far from enough.
Our new products can reach 3 times lifespan as normal products, under the same working environment.The working life of ordinary valve is about 200 hours, but our working time can reach 1000 hours.

unususal for us to spend as much as three years performing hundreds of grueling tests. We only focus on the research on the metal
