  It consists of a main frame, a traversable (90o) clamping work disk, and a sealing blind plate corresponding to various valve calibers. The radially distributed clamping jaws on the clamping work plate are coupled by a linkage mechanism, and can be radially advanced and retracted to accommodate.
 Flange outer diameter of various sizes and automatic centering positioning. Axial clamping and relaxation are achieved by hydraulic cylinders. The clamping piston rods are processed by heat treatment without any deformation during the clamping process. The clamping of the valve flange does not have any additional external force on the valve to be tested, which ensures the accuracy of the test results. The clamping work plate can be manipulated and turned 90° to facilitate the operation and observation of the valve loading and unloading and sealing test. The series sealing blind plates are equipped with a combination “O” type sealing ring according to the diameter and end face form and size of the tested valve, which reliably prevents the test medium from leaking through the end face and affecting the accuracy of the test.
