PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Vulkan 5000M Pre-Heater is designed to melt and mix the thermoplastic material immediately before filling the marking machine.
The set of equipment includes two thermo tanks, a power unit with a diesel motor, and a loading conveyor (optional). The thermo tanks are heated by the heat generated by an oil burner and transferred by heat carrier oil.
The forced heat carrier oil circulation system helps increase the heat exchange area between hot oil and thermoplastic by over 50%. The agitator with a gearbox intensifies the initial heating of the material.
The automation system maintains the set thermoplastic temperature in the desired range. The heat carrier oil temperature control prevents overheating throughout the entire material preparation cycle.
