PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Vulkan 2X800M Pre-Heater is designed to melt and mix the thermoplastic material immediately before filling the marking machine.
The set of equipment includes two thermo tanks and a power unit with a diesel motor. The thermo tanks are heated by the heat generated by an oil burner and transferred by heat carrier oil.
The automation system maintains the set thermoplastic temperature in the desired range. The heat carrier oil temperature control prevents overheating throughout the entire material preparation cycle.
The set of equipment is intended for installation on a truck with a load capacity of at least 4 tons. The thermo tanks and the power unit are located on separate platforms to allow for various layout configurations inside the truck body. Each tank has a separate thermoplastic chute, therefore different color thermoplastics can be used at the same time. The thermo tank bottom is 1.12 m wide, so two thermo tanks can be mounted in a line inside a 2.3 m wide truck body. In this position, the chute is located above the side of the truck body.
