What is PAPER IBC?

Paper IBC is not a box.

The structure is made from continuously wound linerboard and corrugated medium to create a package that is 40mm thick with no seam .

The construction has no joints, rivets or seams – just a smooth seamless interior.

The corner formation yields extraordinary stacking strength – over 20 tons of compression without any wood, plastic or metal components.

Usually, paper IBC contains three parts, paper body, liquid liner bag and upper cover.
We call the three parts A SET.
The inner size is 1000*1000*1000mm, so we also call it 1000L IBC.

Why Food Grade PE liners?

These PE Liners are designed to be used in ­combination with numerous different styles of bulk ­containers for providing maximum protection, hygiene and ­efficiency in handling bulk liquids during processing, storage and/or transportation applications.

Because the liquid is stored in the liner, it eliminates the need for the container to be cleaned in between uses, making it immediately reusable once the new liner is inserted.

You need heating pad for packaging coconut oil and edible oil

For packaging coconut oil and edible oil, you need 990*990mm heating pad together with food grade PE liner in 1000L paper IBC.

PAPER IBC is foldable and space-saving. 
Under the same carrying capacity, it's much cheaper than plastic IBC and steel drum.
