Independent and original manufacturers' service are made available in the United States as well as overseas to insure a timely response if services are required. Training is available at IET Ltd. in Mundelein, Illinois or at the customer's site upon request. Most importantly, free telephone technical support is available after IET Ltd. refurbished lab equipment is delivered and installed. IET stands behind the operation of the refurbished lab equipment it rents, leases and sells with a money-back guarantee, provided that the equipment is not damaged or misused by customer, and all proper maintenance is performed.
