Single or double girder semi gantry crane is a general purpose crane used in workshop or outdoors. The leg height of semi-gantry crane can be different according to the engineering needs on the construction field.

The semi gantry crane has the features of simple structure, easy installation, light weight, good wind resistance. The Main girder is mostly bias rail box type structure. Its lifting capacity are generally ≤50t, and the span ≤35m. It can be remote control and floor control.

5 Ton 10 Ton Mini Single Girder Semi Gantry Crane is composed of bridge, support legs, crane travelling organ, trolley, electric equipment,strong lifting winch. The frame adopts box-type welding mechanism. Crane travellilng mechanism adopts separate driver. All mechanisms are operated in the driver cabin. Power is supplied by cable or slide wire. 

Safety features:

Overload protection:If the material is over the capacity,the crane will give a sharp warning for protection itself.

Emergancy brake:If the operation staff encounter some emergency situation,we could start the emergency brake system to protection the related treasure.

Controll Method: Room contrll or remote controll to avoid any injure to the operation staff

Main lifting motor with thermal protection and currency protection.

Emergancy switch can stop all movement when any dangerous happened.
