pipes cut(pre hot dipped galvanized)-----weld  the pipe together----welds grinding---spray anti-rust paint on the welds----silver painted---after the siliver paint drying, put the panels on steel pallet.

--oval horizontal rails, no sharp edge, can protect animals from getting hurt, high safety

--with welded top caps and foot plates, water and dust proof

--footplate on the panel,can cement the panels on the ground by pins.
