All our processes strictly adhere to ISO-9001 procedures. And we have 18-24 months quality warranty against BL issue date. If the
product does not work properly as described, and the problem is proven to be caused by our side, we will provide exchange service
item. Also, XinYIN staffs will always be there for you if anything needed.
2. If we don’t find what we need on your website,what could we do?
As the accessories are too many, it’s impossible for us to upload them all on our website. You can contact Xinyin staffs if have
any items you need,whatever brand new printer cartridge or parts. We offer you the one-stop service you want.
3. Can i buy 1 or 2pcs as samples for testing before placing bulk order?
Yes,we are pleased to send you samples to test the quality. We are confident that you will be very satisfied with our products
once you get it. We believe that we will be your first choice for used copier machine and printer consumables.
4. How can i place order and make payment?
After you confirming the order, we will send proforma invoice to you with our bank information. Then you can pay via TT, Western
Union or credit card as you like.
5. If i find your bank account different as before, how should i respond?
Please don’t send the payment and check with us again.(Bank information will be listed in each PI)
6. What’s your MOQ?
Different products have different MOQ. Please feel free to check with us.
7. How long for delivery date?
If we have stock of the item you need, we can delivery within 3 working days after receiving deposit or 100% payment. If we don’t
have stock, the delivery date should be confirmed with our factory. Generally speaking, it takes 1-4 weeks.
8. How to shipping?
We can ship small batches by air express, and bulk order by sea shipment. We can arrange the shipment for you, or you can appoint
freight forwarder as you like.
9. What's your company policy if we want to distribute your printer and consumables?
We have different policies for different target markets. Please contact us for detailed discussions and find the best preferential
