1. Main feature and usage:

This series of products are amino-plastics based on urea formaldehyde resin and takes fibre, mineral as the filling, together with both lubricant, hardener and pigment, etc.

Used for molding dinnerware/tableware, electrical appliance, button, toys, mechanical component, etc.

2. Color

Almost any color is available, we have strong team for color blending, can satisfy all your requirement.

3. Product classification

UF1P-xxx, Powder form (compression grade) 

      General purpose, mostly used for molding melamine dinnerware, electrical appliances, with lowest price, good property.

UF1G-xxx, Granular form (compression grade)

      General purpose, mostly used for making low-volage electrical equipment, buttons,sanitary fitting, etc. Granule size: 1.0mm-2.0mm. Granule material will make the workshop's environment much better.

UF1I-xxx, Granular form (injection grade)

       Top grade, used for injection machine, with best product appearance, highest production efficiency; used for making all kinds of electrical appliances, handles, insulated component, with high cost performance.

4. Storage

Packaging: Plastic knitting bag with wet proof inner plastic. 25kg/bag

Storage: Kept in airy, dry and cool room.

Storage period: six months from the manufacturing date.

5. Delivery period and loading container

1x20 FCL can load 21 tons, takes 2-3 days for production.
