A: It depends on the order quantity.Generally. If the goods are in stock, the normal delivery time is 2-5 working days. If not,it
will take 7 to 15 days after receiving your advance payment.

Q 3: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before send.
Q 4: What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers will have to pay the sample cost and the courier
cost.
Q 5:What is the warranty term for your products ?
A:All our products have at least 1 year warranty.Please provide us with the pictures or videos if there are any quality problems
during this time and you also need to cut the wire of the defective one. We will replace it with a new one in your next order, so
you don’t need to send it back.
Q 6:Can you do OEM box?
A:Yes,we can do customer own design box. If your order quantity is over standard,we can do free. If not,then you will need to pay
a little extra printing cost.
Q 7: What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral boxes/plastic bag and brown cartons. If you have the legally registered patent, we can
pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
