Q2: Can I get samples? How do you charge for samples?

A2: Yes, we welcome any samples order for quality evaluation. Sample charge will be refund to you in bulk order.

Q3: What is the lead time for samples and bulk order?

A3: Regular samples can be send out within 2days even 1 day. Customized samples can be done within 3days. Bulk orders depends on quantities, if your bulk order quantities is under 1000PCS, lead time is within 7 working days.

Q4: Can I place an urgent order? How fast can I receive the urgent order goods?

A4: Yes, 10,000pcs are in stock for urgent orders, fast shipping time 4~6 days.With fast shipping time, you would receive it estimate within 10 days.

Q5: How to ship the goods to customers?

A5: It depends on customers’ requirement. Normally we can transport by Express, Air, Sea, FBA also accept, you can also choose your forwarder.

Q6: What is the payment term?

A6: For regular products: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance after production done.

For custom products: 50% deposit before production, 50% balance after production done.

Q7: What is the payment way?

A7: TT/LC/West Union/Paypal/VISA/Credit Insurance Trade are all acceptable.

Q8: How to control the quality?

A8: Prioritizing quality above all else, all of our production passed SGS test.

Before production, samples are approval by customer, and bulk production 100% are the same quality as pre-production sample. Our QA team 100% inspect the quality in every production process, from raw materials purchasing to packaging till the products done.
