Unique design 15 gallon conical fermenter, 30 gallon fermenter and 50 gallon conical fermenter
1. 304 stainless steel is used inside and outside the fermentation tank.
2. Using 304 stainless steel material conform to ASTM standard.
3. Adopt international standard fermentation technology and multiple temperature control methods.
4. Medium contact surface to be sanitary polished at Ra≤4μm and passivated.
5. The cooling jacket can meet the standards of various countries, and it is supplied with miller, arch, corrugated board, etc. Meet the needs of various coolants and pressure cooling technologies.
6. Construction with TIG welding.
7. All pipe lines and vessels should pass tightness and pressure test before delivery.
8. Nozzles,inlets,outlets and connections should be sealed before delivery.
9. All medium connections are Tri-Clamps.
10. Electrical components are from CCC certified and/or CE,CSA certified manufactures.

1. Q:How many years of experience in brewing equipment do you have?
A: We have more than 20 years in brewing and beer filling equipment.
2. Q: Where is your factory located?
A: Our factory is located in Gaochun Economic Development Zone, Nanjing, Jiangsu, China.
3. Q: How could we confirm the details of the products?
A: We will provide all the drawings for you to confirm before production.
4. Q: How long the warranty will be?
A: 3 years warranty for the whole tank and the main equipment, 1 year for the accessories and auxiliaries.
5. Q: How about the installation?
A: We can supply the installation. There are two options. The first option: We could appoint our engineer to your company to debug and repair, as for the cost of this trip such as ticket, visa, accommodation and labor cost shall be on your side.
The second option: On-line service will be provided. If still under guarantee period, the necessary accessories and parts will be provided free, the buyer afford the transportation cost.
6. Q: How do you guarantee the filling machine operation?
A: Before the delivery, we will test and debug all machines in good condition and record the video for your checking.
7. 6-year warranty, only for tanks, excluding electrical appliances, wearing parts such as cushions, seals, etc. (mixing seals, pump seals, butterfly valves and other valve seals), pumps.
