Products would be packed individually with protective materials. Labels are applied to the individual box. Exporting graded carton will be used for all goods. Weight are aimed to be below 20KG per carton. 

Lead Time

In general, our lead time is within 15-25 workding days after the order confirmation. Yet, this lead time may delay due to current strong demand of the market and lackage of supplying, we expect further 10-15 extended working days to fulfill a normal size order.

Are you a manufacturer or a trading house? 

Victronics is a manufacturer specialised in low voltage and furniture lighting under a lighting manufacturing group, in Bao’an Shenzhen, China. The group company has been in lighting industry for over 14 years, covering all major sectors of lighting businesses including LED chip packing, LED strips, commercial lighting, industrial lighting, lamps, power supply units, deco lighting and signage. We design, develop and produce our own products and also market and promote associated products from the group company. You are more than welcome to visit us at any time. 

Will you do OEM or ODM for customers? 

We are happy to accept OEM and ODM requests from our customers.   We have worked with a good number for worldwide top brands in OEM and ODM forms to help them concentrate on more important business matters. 

Can I have samples?

Samples could be arranged, please contact our account managers for more detail. We do not offer free samples to new customers as we do not know how potential these samples would be evaluated. Although if you are our regular customers, please request your samples at any time. 

How long can I get the samples? 

Depends on how complicated the sample order is and stock status. In general, samples should be ready within 15 days or less. 

How long is the lead time for formal orders?

This depends on a variety of factors. For standard items, we could complete an order between 15 - 25 working days. Although in peak seasons, we would expect the lead time to be extended to over 35 – 45 days.    For low MOQ items, we could complete the orders in less than 15 days. 

How to place an order? 

You could place the order through Alibaba or through our offline channel. Regardless which method you choose, please contact us before you place an order. 

Can I get a customised packaging for the products? 

To offer a professional and branded package could help you to build up better appearance in your market. We accept customised packaging request subject to conditions. Please contact account manager for more details. 

Do you offer warranty on your products and how to claim a warranty? 

All of our products come with a standard Three year warranty (expect battery based products, 1 year warranty). To claim a warranty is easy and straight forward, simply contact your account manager, we will depend on the actual situation to offer replacement or credit for the faulty parts or item.
