Ultrasonic welding is the most common application of ultrasonic assembly. In welding, the horn is brought into contact with one of the workpieces, pressure is applied and vibrating ultrasonic energy travels through the material, generating frictional heat at the joint area between the two parts. The plastic material melts and flows between the two part surfaces. When the vibrations stop, the plastic solidifies and the two workpieces are bonded together

A:Yes,we have mould department,we design and manufacture the mould/die according to your product sample or drawings.
Q:Will you test the machine before delivery?
A:Yes,we will test each machine and take the video,then we feedback test results to the customer.We will arrange delivery when we get the approval from the customer.
Q:How can I install and operate the machine?
A:We will provide you with installation video and machine manual.Follow our steps and you will be easy to install and operate.If you think you can not finish it,our engineer avalibale go to your factory for machine installation and worker training.
Q:What about your warranty?
A:We guarantee 1 year for whole machine.
If machine components damaged during the warranty period,we will send new one for free(Not including man-made damage).
