1. Does your company support OEM and ODM?

We do support OEM and ODM. Over the years, our company has gained a lot of experience in manufacturing mobile accessories, home accessories and leather accessories according to our customers' requirements. We would be happy to receive your inquiry with detailed information, so that we can customize your order and process it to your fullest satisfaction.

2. How does your quality control system work?

JMS Crafts commands a full production line from acquiring raw material from suppliers to developing, manufacturing and shipping out products. All our product process are in accordance with ISO 9001 which is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus and continual improvement. Using ISO 9001 helps ensure that customers get consistent, good quality and services, which in turn brings many business benefits to you and us. In addition, we have gotten the SEDEX 4P factory certification and our products comply with the EN71 and BV test standard.

3. Do you have a MOQ and if so, how much is it?

Normally, we do have a MOQ. However, it depends on each order (item, item cost, quantity, etc.). Please feel free to discuss such matters with our staff.

4. Can you make samples?

Of course, we can make samples for you. We usually provide stock items for free as samples. If you require customization, a fee will usually be charged. The sample charge will be refunded when you confirm an order with appropriate volume. You only need to cover the freight costs for the sample.

5. Can you help us with developing and designing products, logos and packages?

Yes, we have a professional team which can assist you based on your requirements. Please feel free to discuss such matters with our staff.

6. How long is the sample lead time?

For stock items, we only need 1 - 2 days to ship them out. If your sample requires customization, it might take a few days until we have met your requirements and can ship out the sample.

7. How long is the production lead time?

We have large production capacities which can ensure fast processing - even for larger orders. Please feel free to discuss such matters with our staff.

8. How many colors are available for customizing products?

We match colors by using the Pantone Matching System. Simply tell us your requirements by giving us the Pantone color code and we will take care of matching the colors. We will also give you suggestions. 

9. What are your payment terms?
L/C, PayPal and T/T are accepted. 30 % of the total order volume must be paid when the order is confirmed. 70 % must be paid before the item will be shipped. Please feel free to discuss such matters with our staff.

10. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a manufacturer with our own factory. We also pass certain tasks to trustworthy and reliable suppliers in order to acquire the best possible materials and provide the best possible quality and services to our customers.

11. Can I visit JMS Crafts and can you arrange transportation for me?
Of course, it is a great honor for us to welcome you at our company. Our factory is located in Shenzhen. It takes around one hour from the airport in Shenzhen. We can gladly pick you up from the airport, railway station or hotel when you have arrived in Shenzhen.
