Hydrostatic Pressure Testing
With hydrostatic testing, component or vessel is tested with a liquid (typically water), and pressurizing until test pressure is reached. Once the pressure is reached, the test is completed OR for other tests hydrostatic pressure must be held for a specific amount of time.
Depending on the application, the hydrostatic testing can be used to help identify leaks, structural integrity, manufacturing flaws, wear, corrosion and burst pressure.
It can be used on brand new construction or manufactured items, used during routine safety inspections, to verify modifications or validate repairs to vessels.

According to customers' requirements of printing pressure testing curve during the testing process,we had designed and produced this recorder test pump which had digital controller, recorder, (paper or paperless) sensor, remote and other control parts.
During the test, it can display the pressure value in real time and could record and print the whole pressure curve as your request.
You just need to set the pressure value before testing and control the test pump by remote from certain distance away. And when the pressure goes to the set value, the test pump will stop automatically.
