Photosensitive Ink

Fluorescent color ink(Photosensitive ink)is the ink which changes color after the sun exposure,The stronger the visible light, the more obvious the color change, in the dark place ink back to the original ink.

1. The basic color 7 colors: red, purple, blue, blue, green, orange, yellow

2. Ink Characters: oil / water

3. Available printing: screen printing, offset printing, gravure printing

4. The substrate can be applied substrates: offset transfer printing: printing coating,(paper /distributing /metal /glass /ceramic /plastic).

5. Application: anti fake labels, wine packaging anti-counterfeiting, cigarettes, food, beverages, pesticides and other brand-name products, special packaging printing

6. Use Method/Note

a. Drying method:(Since the dry, dry, UV curing), use the appropriate diluent dilution.(Can also be customized water-based ink, and diluted with water)It is suggested that the white or light white system which can be used to improve the difference of color change.

b. The screen mesh size selection: choose between 150 ~200 orders.

c. Storage: sensitive ink should be sealed in a closed, dry, dark place, avoid direct sunlight.

   Toxicity and safety:Light sensitive ink on the skin and respiratory tract have slight irritation,make sure closed when handling.The environment of printing operation should keep good ventilation condition.After the ink is completely dry, there will be no odor or irritation, in compliance with the safety of toys and food packaging specifications.
