The short-wavelength ultraviolet fluorescent ink with excitation wavelength of 254nm is called long-wave ultraviolet fluorescent ink with excitation wavelength of 365nm. It is divided into three kinds of colorless, colored and discolored according to the color change. The colorless can display red, yellow and blue. Green, yellow, orange and other colors; colored to make the original color bright; color can change one color to another.

4. The effect of this ink on different materials is slightly different:

A, no fluorescent paper: the paper is slightly yellow, does not show color under the fluorescent lamp, does not add any whitening chemicals in the papermaking process, and belongs to environmentally friendly paper. Renminbi, invoices, and certificates issued by state agencies in Europe, the United States, and China are used.

B. Plastic materials that do not contain whitening chemicals, such as cards and bags.

C, ordinary fluorescent paper, the appearance is white. This paper adds a chemical to the pulp for whitening during the papermaking process and blue under the long-wave UV fluorescent lamp. The fluorescent effect after printing is not ideal, and it is commonly used in Asia. In order to make the fluorescence better: a. Print with a high concentration of fluorescent ink; b. You can print a layer of colorless fluorescent black ink on the surface of the paper. The two simultaneous effects are better.

D. Paper coated with a chemical on the surface. This chemical may chemically react with the fluorescent ink, causing the fluorescent effect to slowly disappear. Such as: thermal paper, chemical change paper.

E. Double-band inks should be printed on non-fluorescent paper or plastic and printed on fluorescent materials without double-band fluorescence.

Colorless fluorescent inks are not absolutely colorless or absolutely imprinted. On white paper, even if it is printed with completely colorless and transparent varnish, visual differences will occur due to the difference in refraction and reflection coefficient of paper and varnish. In order to achieve better invisibility, pay attention to the following points when printing:

A, printed on rough, water-absorbing, yellowish paper;

B, printed on the line next to the text;

C. varnish or laminating on the surface of the printed matter;

D, the silk screen is a little thinner, and the offset printing is thinner.

1.1. Stir the ink well before use to prevent separation of the special additives added to the ink.

2.2. Consider removing oily dust from the surface of the printed material before printing.

3.3. In order to achieve better printing results of small lines, patterns and texts, please select 150 mesh and slow dry paste to better prevent the diffusion, burrs and blurring of the printed ink layer.

4.4. Please be sure to test the printing before printing to prevent the quality from reaching the standard due to the difference in the type of substrate.

5.5. When printing causes poor adhesion and poor printing process, please pay attention to whether the plasticizer and other additives in the substrate migrate surface and static electricity. It is recommended to wash with alcohol and white oil.

6.6. Diluent can be adjusted according to the actual situation to meet different mesh counts, environment and other printing effects, ink viscosity and so on.
