USER'S GUIDE
TB-7077 is suitable for bonding, fixing, and sealing various plastics materials, Plastic to Metal. It can be exposed to UV Lamp or Visible light, Before the glue is applied, the surface to be bonded must be completely clean and dry. cure rate and ultimate depth of cure depend on light intensity.
Cure rate and cure depth:
1, Before applying glue:
Keep the surface to be bonded dry and clean, and determine the amount of glue needed.
2, After applying glue:
Close the adhesive surface and squeeze hard to distribute the adhesive layer evenly and expel air bubbles.
3, UV Curing:
Clear the excess glue around, continue to curing for 30s-60s to achieve maximum strength bonding
