1. What is your MOQ?

MOQ is small, we accept low moq for OEM logo, we have good experience in OEM logo or customized package for the product, help you build a long term brand road. 

2. What is your payment method?

Payment method: T/T bank transfer, alibaba trade assurance(add 3% bank fee for alibaba), credit card payment,  Western union, money gram, wechat, alipay, paypal(only available for sample order, below $50 condition)

3. What is your shipping method?

DHL, FEDEX, UPS, Air shipping to local airport, Sea shipping , HYB, Epacket(this only available for below 0.5kg) Express always take 3-5 days, or 4-6 days decided by shipping way. We have good experience in shipping, if you need a shipping agent, also can ask us to help.

4. What is your production lead time?

Small orders always can be done within 1-4 days, if need OEM, simple OEM take 3-7 days;

If items not in stock, need booking, production take 10-25 days, it depends.

But we assure that we will give you the items as soon as possible on the basis of the quality production.

5. How can i trust your quality?

We have strict QC control when production, many items of our product have passed CE, ROHS, FCC certificate.
