Q:Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a prodessional manufacturer that focuses on producing various kinds of scales since 2003.

Q: Can you print our logo on the products and packages?
A: Yes, OEM service is available. We can produce scales with your logo, brand, packing. MOQ is 500pcs/model.
If your trail order is less than 500pcs, please pay us 100USD for OEM, we will refund you once your order is over 500pcs.

Q: Can I get a sample?
A: Of course. Sample is available, but you need to pay sample fee and freight charge. Sample fee will be returned after any mass order is placed.

Q: How can I get a sample?
A: For sample, delivery is by international express, such as DHL, UPS, FedEx. The battery must be taken out, as goods with battery is forbidden for air delivery. However, you can still use it with charger or AC cord.

Q: What is your MOQ?
A: For common products, we don't have MOQ limit, so you can order any quantity you want.  If you need scales with your specification, logo, packing, etc., please negotiate with us.

Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Usually 3-5 days for sample, 15-20 days for 1000pcs, 25-30 days for 40HQ.

Q: What is your payment terms?
A:We accept TT, L/C at sight, Western Union, MoneyGram and Credit Card. 30% deposit T/T in advance, rest paid before delivery.  100% in advance for sample order.

Q: How long is your warranty?
A: All of our scales are provided for 1 year warranty. During the warranty time, if any scales are out of service because of quality problem, we will send you spare parts and teach you how to repair until problem solved.
