1Q: Are you a factory, or just a trading company?

1A: We are professional sofa manufacturer,our factory is located in Dongguan City, Guangdong China, with an area of  8000 square meters workshop and owning 2 production lines for sofa, sofa bed and wooden furniture.

 2Q: What's your main market? And how about your monthly production capacity?

2A: Our main market is North America, Europe,UK, Australia,Korea, India and many other countries. We could produce and export about 40 containers per month.

 3Q: What's your lead time? How about the payments term?

3A: Normally our lead time is about 35-45 working days after received your deposit.Our payment term is usually paid 30% deposit by T/T before production and then 70% balance should be paid off upon the copy of B/L.

 4Q: How do you control and keep the quality?

4A: We have a professional QC team to trace the production , raw material, produce progressing and package, all need to been inspect. And we make the pre-production sample for each order to keep the good quanlity.

 5Q: What is your minimum order quantity? Do you accept sample order?

5A: Our MOQ is 1*40HQ container for 1 up to 2 models mixed,  

Yes, here we also accept sample order for test quality, the sample charge is twice the wholesale price, and this charge would return to your bulk order’s total amount.

 6Q.Could you offer customize service?

7A:We are capable of tailor kinds of products according to customers’ requirements. Here we have professional designers team and could make kinds of new sample.

 7Q:What about the warranty of the products?

7A:We always here to work with customers and offer 2 years  warranty for frame and materials and other elements.
