1. When & How can I get the prices?
We will quote within 12 hours after we receive your inquiry. If you want to have our price list, we will send you an application form, please list all of your needs. Price lists will be sent to you after we receive your application form.
2. How can I get a sample to check your products quality?
After price confirmation, you can require and buy samples to check our products quality. After confirming the sample order, we will arrange delivery to you as soon as possible. For sample order, you can just buy one piece for single model. After sample order, minimum order quantity is 10 pieces.
3. How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you send us signed&sealed files, and we receive sample payment, the samples will be ready for delivery within six work days.
4. Does your factory can customize products?
Yes, we can produce customized products according to your requirements. Please contact us for more details. Customization services including logo printing, shell color&box packing, label, App&software, etc.
5. What about the lead time for mass production?
It depends on the quantity, specification and customization requirement. Normally, the mass production will be finished within 12-22 workdays. And provide door to door delivery by TNT, DHL, Fedex, UPS, forwarder, etc.
6. Can I visit your factory?
Yes, it is our honor to invite you visiting our factory and we are glad to arrange car to pick you up when you arrive at Guangzhou, China.
