UK Kwickstage Painted Scaffolding Standard

Use: Standards form the vertical supports and are made from 48.3mm diameter scaffold tube. They have a series of "V" presses welded at nominal 500mm centres on the tube to provide a location for ledgers and transoms.

Use: Ledgers are made from 48.3mm scaffold tube with a cast wedge-fixing device at each end. These are used to tie in the standards longitudinally. On the inside of the scaffold of the scaffold they are used at platform level and on the outside as a guardrail.

Use: A diagonal brace is a structural member used to strengthen a structure. They secure the vertical members (standards) together. They square and align the legs so the scaffold stays plumb. They resist sway forces that result from horizontal loads imposed on scaffolds from wind and worker movement.

3. On time delivery. Our factory is located in Qingdao, which has the biggest port in North China. Our current lead time for regular scaffold is approx. 35 days after order confirmation and will be adjusted based on specific sizes and quantities.
4. For new customer, we need 30% T/T payment before production, 70% balance against copy of the B/L. But for old customer, we can adjust terms based on long-term cooperations.

What facilities do you have and what are the production procedures?

1. Facilities:  more than 40 sets of punching, shearing, bending, thread rolling and sandblasting machines, more than 30 sets of welding machines, 3 sets of auto-welding machines and 10 sets of semiautomatic welders, a CNC holes punching machine, an electronic testing machine and an automatic plank production line, and a hot-dipped galvanizing workshop.

2. Production procedures: raw material purchasing, cutting, shearing, bending, punching, thread rolling, drilling, welding, polishing, sand blasting, painting, powder coating, hot-dipped galvanising, packing, loading etc.

1. JCH has been accessed by Sira Certification Service and found to comply with ISO9001:2008 for the manufacture and sales of scaffolds. Quality inspectors examine the whole production flow from raw material selection to final products.
