How long will it take to receive the parcel?

SemsoTai branded rams have 1 year warranty, which is also clearly marked on the PI. We make sure all the rams fully tested before shipment, been trying our best to keep the RMA / defective rate less than 2~3%.

We will accept returns and exchanges on defective merchandise within 1 year. Returns must include all items in original condition with packaging. We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 1 year of the order date.

All returns and exchanges must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number). To obtain one, please contact us. If you received a defective, wrong or broken item please feel free to contact us immediately with all items and packaging intact. Photographs will be required. Buyers are responsible for return shipping, unless otherwise noted.
