Anjie® unidirectional carbon fiber fabric is made from 12K carbon filament with high tensile strength and modulus. The raw material includes Toray, TOHO, Mitsubishi, Aksaca, Tairyfil and so on.
Our carbon fabric can be compatible with epoxy, vinyl and most resin.
After forming fiber-resin matrix( laminate),it shows incredible mechanical performance and reinforcing effect on structures.
Our fabric can satisfy your project requirements strictly in accordance with ASTM test standard.
Products property
1. Light weight, easy to construct, and little increasing the weight on constructed based materials.
2. Soft, free to cut, is suitable for a variety of shapes structures, and have close adhesion with reinforced concrete surface.
3. The thickness is small, so it is easy to overlap.
4. High tensile strength, high flexibility, and have the same effect as to use steel plate reinforcement.
5. Anti-acid and alkali, corrosion resistance, and can be used in any harsh environment.
6.The supporting epoxy resin impregnated adhesive (recommended our company matching epoxy adhesive)have good permeability, the construction is simple and time required is short.
7. Non-toxic, non-irritating odor, living still in construction.
8. Carbon fiber sheet has high tensile strength, which is equivalent 10 - 15 times to ordinary steel.
Raw Material.
Carbon fiber is literally a fiber made of carbon. The carbon content is 90% or more for carbon fibers of standard modulus of elasticity, and virtually 100% for carbon fibers of high modulus of elasticity.
Brush the expxy resin and CFRP on the columns
The basic steps of project operation as below:
1. Concrete surface preparation, crack repair, leak stop, get rid of the aged, loose concrete part
2.Brush primer (0.2-0.4kg/m2)
3. Base surface preparation( putty 1.0-1.5kg/m2)
4. Brush epoxy resin on the surface(0.4-0.5kg/m2)
5. Stick the carbon fiber fabric onto structure
6. Saturate the fabric by brushing epoxy resin along the fabric, ensure that there is no bubble existing in the composite matrix( very crucial) 0.1-0.2kg/m2
7. If more following carbon fiber fabric layer, brush 4-6times each layer
8. FRP wrap operation is completed, however, keep the structure from any impact during the following 24hrs

Epoxy resin for UD carbon fabric
ANJIE® epoxy fiber resin is epoxy adhesive of high performance, can be use for the effective penetration bonding between many substrate materials such as concrete, steel material, ceramic, stone, wood component and many fiber fabrics such as carbon fiber, glass fiber, basalt fiber, aramid fiber. It is mainly used for the strengthening and reinforcement of buildings.
Pultrusion carbon fiber plate
Carbon fiber plate is carbon fiber impregnated resin curing and continuous pultrusion in the mold. IIt made of high-quality carbon fiber and good epoxy resin. Yarn tension uniformity, maintaining the strength of carbon fiber and product stability. Tensile strength up to 2400Mpa, elastic modulus up to 160Gpa.
