OTR tire ring cutter

OTR tire ring cutter is to separate 2 rings from OTR tire.Its operating steps are to fix OTR tire bead by locking connection bar device after placed it onto the rotary plate,turn on switch to start machine,moving beam to make blade close to the top of tire(limited screws attached to column need to be adjusted),turn on switch of cooling pump,push start button to complete cutting process

Working Process
Place the waste tire on the round terrace; rotate the hand wheel so that thinner side of the tire can be locked by the four claws frame. Then turn on the power, the terrace will begin to rotate with the tire, and then make the cuttingknife cut into the tire according to the need until cut down the whole sidewall.
