Semi-auto Waste Tyre Recycling Line

 Equipments required: 

Tyre circle cutter, tyre strip cutter, tyre pieces cutter, belt conveyors, tyre pieces crusher, tyre grinding mill granulator, magnetic separator, cyclone magnetic separator and vibrating screen. 

Detailed production process from waste tyre to powder:

 1. Cutting:

     the complete tyre firstly be cut by the tyre circle cutter and strip cutter to form lean         strips, then strips be cut into 4x4cm lumps by the lump cutter.

2. Crushing:

    the finished lumps are fed into the coarse grinding crusher to reduce the lump size        into 10-12mm small lumps, then fed into the fine grinding granulator to form 1-4mm       small particle or fine powder. 

3. Separating:

     A. After tyre lump being crushed and ground, the waste steel wires are separated              by  the magnetic separator.
    B. The waste polyester fibers inside the tyre are separated by the cyclone separator.

4. Screening:

    the desired tyre particles are separated by the vibrating screen, and the oversized          lump return back to the grinding granulator for regrinding.
