PMF-1600HL Drilling Pumps Unit
FYOU PMEC PMF-1600 HL Drilling Pumps are important equipment of oil rigs. They are used to convey drilling fluid via pressure manifold in the circulating system to bottom holes so as to cool drilling bits, clean bottom holes, crush rocks, carry rock debris and balance formation pressure etc.
Design and manufacture of F Series Drilling Pumps conform to the requirements of API Spec 7K Specification for Drilling and Well Servicing Equipment. The Specification of hydraulic cylinders at hydraulic end confirms to API Spec 7.All expending parts (valve body, valve seat, cylinder liner, etc.) at the hydraulic end can be interchanged with parts of the same specification manufactured according to API standard.

1.Single pump includes: pump body, spray pump, air bag, safety valve, random tools and rubber seals that can be replaced once. Single pump does not include pulley and large base.
2. Drive mode: Diesel engine drive, Single AC motor drive, Single AC direct drive motor drive, Single DC motor drive, Dual AC motor drive, Dual AC direct drive motor drive, Dual DC motor drive.Please specify when ordering.
3. F pumps are divided into metric and inch systems, which can be selected by the user. Metric pumps use metric threads. inch pumps use inch threads.
4.When the drilling rig requires the drilling pump to be reversed, please order the reverse pump.
