General description
HT200 is a high performance, two-component spray polyurea elastomer resin.
It is a polyurea elastomer resin composed of polyether, amine chain extender and isocyanate prepolymer.
It provides a flexible, tough and elastic dense coating with good water and chemical resistance.

It can be sprayed on any curved surface, inclined surface and vertical surface without sagging.
Excellent physical properties, impact resistance, abrasion resistance, cold resistance, heat resistance, water resistance and aging resistance.

Surface treatment
The surface must be clean, dry and in good condition.
All oil, dust, grease, dirt, loose rust and other foreign matters shall be removed to ensure adequate adhesion. Steel, iron
Remove all oil and grease from the surface with solvent
clean according to sspc-sp1. Clean in accordance with sspc-sp10 / NACE 2, with a minimum of surface treatment and grinding to near white metal.
All surfaces shall be blast cleaned with sharp angular abrasive to obtain the best surface profile (3mils / 75microns)
All welding spatter shall be removed and all sharp edges shall be rounded.
