Q1: How to Charge the camera

A1: Method 1: With 3w solar panel to charge the camera ( Included)

Method 2: With 5V 1A USB Port (Included)

Q2: How do i install the SD Card?

A2: Take off the silicon cap, then inset the SD Card ( Max. support 128G ). Please make sure the right direction of SD Card.

Q3: Should i need to change the SD Card when recording full?

A3: No.It supports the loop recording function, it will cover the previous video automatically once the memory is filled, or if
you want to delete all the files recorded, just format the memory card from the setting on the app.

Q4: What's the APP of the Smart WiFi Camera Outdoor?

A4: You can download the " Smart Life" or "Tuya Smart" app on Google Play or iOS APP Store. 4.3 scores on APP Store.

Q5: Can motion detection be disabled?

A5: Yes. Recording is triggered by detected motions. You can adjust the sensitivity or disable motion detection in the APP setting menu.

Q6: What is the camera angle coverage?

A6: 120° Wide Angle.

Q7: How much does the camera cloud storage cost?

A7: 7 days trial cloud storage service. After that, you need to buy the service.One camera with one cloud storage service, and there are several storage plans with the different fee ($4.49-$99.99) on the app, you can check it on the app and buy the one you need.

Q8: How many ways for recording?

A8: It's support Micro SD Card ( Max. 128G) or Cloud Storage. Also support local recording and event recording.

Q9: Why does it lose connection to wifi?

A9: Please check the network connection of your phone and the Wi-Fi router. If the network signal is not strong, you
may need to move your router closer to the device, or invest in an extender.

Q10: I cannot set up the cloud camera to my WiFi network? What should i do?

A10: ①. Device works with 2.4GHz WiFi only, but not support 5GHz WiFi.
②Wi-Fi network is not good, try to keep the camera near the Wi-Fi router when setting up.
③.The Wi-Fi password is wrong. Please check if there are special characters in the password, or the network is specially
encrypted.

Q11: What's the capacity of the Battery? Is it the solar panel include?
