The Direct Insertion digital liquid density meter can detect density on line in real time. It can be applied to process control of products with density as basic parameter or quality control with solid percentage or concentration percentage as reference. Typical industries include petrochemical industry, brewing industry, food industry, pharmaceutical industry and mineral processing (such as clay, carbonate, silicate, etc.), which are specifically applied to interface detection in multi-product pipelines in the above industries, density detection of stirred mixture, end-point monitoring of reaction kettle, and segregation device interface detection.
The plug-in density meter adopts plug-in installation and is widely used in pipelines, open tanks and closed tanks to detect the density of the medium. The density of the fluid directly depends on the vibration frequency received by the tuning fork in the sensor inserted into the medium. The built-in temperature sensor of the sensor provides temperature compensation for it.
The exterior stainless steel sleeve can help block the mixture particles to impact the density measurement by the fork sensor , it is good performance in the liquid mixture application .
