The stud pin, which fitted into roller sleeve, is the key small parts of roller machine to make roller machine with high wear resistance and high compression strength and to meet with demanding under different work conditions.
The tungsten carbide stud pin for HPGR (high pressure grinding roller) is of excellent wear resistant and compression strength, which widely applied to crushing of various material.
Features of tungsten carbide wear-resistance stud pin:
1. Circular arc chamfer to minimize the possibility of damage during production, transportation, installation or in service;
2. High density and strength due to overpress cementation;
3. Particular workmanship eliminate the surface strain generated in production meanwhile increase the surface hardness.
