124mm 7L High Speed Water Treatment Coal Tar Lubricating Ship Fuel Quenching Oil Tubular Centrifuge Machinehine
The OLT-GG125 Tubular Separator is an intermittent operation for separating various emulsions, such as those with small particles, high viscosity, and small liquid-liquid-solid difference. Liquid-liquid-solid tube centrifuges are mainly used for liquid-liquid-solid three-phase separation in biomedical, blood separation, oil purification, industrial chemical industries, etc. The smallest separation particles are 1 micron, especially for some liquid-liquids. The solid weight difference is small, the solid particle size is fine, the content is low, and the medium is corrosive and the materials are extracted, concentrated and separated.

The tubular separator has a small diameter, high rotation speed and large separation factor, which is 8-24 times that of a conventional centrifuge. Strong separation ability, simple structure and small footprint. Easy operation and maintenance, good separation effect. It is suitable for separating various difficult-to-separate emulsions. It is especially suitable for liquid-liquid-solid separation with large viscosity, fine solid phase particles and small difference in solid-liquid gravity.
Product structure and separation principle:
1. The tubular separator consists of a fuselage, a transmission, a drum, a liquid collecting tray and an inlet bearing housing. The motor is mounted on the upper part of the fuselage, and the power is transmitted to the high-speed wheel through the conveyor belt and the tensioning wheel, so that the drum rotates around its own axis, thereby forming a powerful centrifugal force field.
2. The material to be treated enters the rotating drum from the inlet into the replaceable nozzle and the hollow hole of the bottom shaft under a certain pressure. In the centrifugal force field, the emulsion flows upward along the axis, and the separated liquid phase is discharged to the light liquid and heavy liquid collecting tray through the liquid outlet of the upper portion of the drum, and then flows into a tank or a tank.
3. The solid is deposited on the drum wall under the centrifugal force field. After a certain amount is reached, when the slag needs to be cleaned, after the machine is stopped, the drum can be unloaded from the centrifuge by loosening the coupling nut between the drum and the main shaft. Clear the residue.
