Regularly it takes about 4 hours to charge the Mega speaker to full. You don't need to charge it especially for the first time.
2. When I receive the product immediately, it must be recharged? How many hours?
Yes, we recommend it charge it to full when you receive it.
3. How do I know when my tronsmart mega is fully charged and how long does it take to charge?
The Mode button indicator will stay in red when the speaker is in charging condition, once fully charged, the light will go off.Regularly it will take around 3~4 hours to be fully charged.
4. How do I pair my Mega speaker with Macbook or iMac
First, turn on Blue tooth on your MacBook or iMac, then power on the speaker, and find the speaker on the list of your device, pair the speaker. If you cannot pair the speaker, you can hold the play/pause button until the LED light flash to reset pairing record, and restart Blue tooth on your MacBook, then try again.
5. What Blue tooth codec is used in de Mega speaker: SBC, AAC, APTx?

6. I purchased the 40W Element Mega How do I charge it?
You can use a normal cellphone charger(5V/1A) to charge the speaker, it would take 4-5 hours for a full charge, if using a QC charger(5V/2A or above) to charge it, time would be shorter, maybe 3 hours. We do not recommend connecting the speaker to a USB port on a PC for charging, current is too small. he Mode button indicator will stay in red when the speaker is in charging condition, once fully charged, the light will go off.Please do not use the speaker while it's charging, it would be better for battery life.

Yes, it can play music while charging, but we don't recommend using it like that, it will harm the battery life and decrease the lifespan of the speaker.
8. I have a problem to Blue tooth connect with Windows 10 PC, pc not recognize Mega.
First, you need to clear the pairing records. You can hold the play/pause button until the LED lights flash, then turn on the
Blue tooth of your Windows 10, wait for the PC to search for the speaker Blue tooth signal, once the speaker is on the Blue tooth devices list, pair it.
