air valve's Triple function:
1) discharging of air at a high flow speed during filling of the pipe.
2) Breaze large quantities of air into the pipeline system when pipe
drains,maintaining pressures in the pipelines and preventing collapes and caviation damage.
3) Automatic release contained air from pipeline under pressure while the network is at normal working pressure.
Material:
#GGG40 body, Fusion bonded epoxy coating 250micro, SS304 for big float ball, ABS for small float ball, Brass air vent, galvanized boltings.
#Available in flange sizes: 2" - 8"
#These valves are manufactured with flanged ends to meet any requested standard.
# working pressure: normally PN10/PN16, also suitable for PN25
# Applied in low pressure system, if request PN40 high pressure, it need Stainless steel body, also no problem to make.
# Reducing bore body is also available.
# Full bore,carbon steel welded body sizes from DN150 to DN300 are no problem to supply.
