One of the main job for our designers is to do information gathering and analyzing, including industry fashion trend, end user feedback and outdoor enthusiast experience. These help them to set the orientation for future designs and allow the team to keep improving and evolving our bags. Material sourcing members work closely with suppliers to explore the use of new materials and techniques, in addition, keep sensitive to price change. Therefore, they can always source the finest possible materials to support our designs and customers' need. Technicians carry out cutting, sewing and welding.They keep improving craftsmanship in order to make samples with expected presentation in construction and details. This is our R&D team. With their design and development experience as well as expertise in craft, we're able to identify problems and look for new and innovative ways to solve them. Then regarding quality control, we strictly follow standard of ISO2859 for product inspection and do 100% inspection to incoming material.We have a clear procedure of own quality control which will share to our clients to let them know more about our work. In addition, we work closely with a lot of famous brand of fabric and accessories, such as YKK, Duraflex, Fidlock,Cordura and so on. Our experienced and professional team is the asset to our company and offering great support to our customers.
