The company formed a strategic partnership with Harbin Institute of Technology, and hired Cai Hegao, the first academician China Academy of Engineering in the field of robotics, as the company’s chief advisor. The company also hired two Harbin Institute of Technology‘s doctoral advisors in the field of computer and electromechanics as the general director of research and development.Among the company’s core members, research and development personnel account for 30%, of which graduate and senior technicians account for 75%. The core technologies of research and development mainly include controller, control software development, brushless motor, basic machine and Internet technology integration.
