Yes, we can manufacture the house based on your requirements and design, also we provide customized design service.

2. What's your lead time?
We can deliver the house in 45 working days after receiving the deposit.

3. How long does it take to manufacture once an order has been placed?
It normally takes us 50 days to manufacture one tiny house. And we are able to manufacture 4-8 at the same time.

4. What options/features do you have for the product?

We offer customized design service, we can design based on your requirements. Besides, based on our current products and design, you may choose different materials as you like.

5. What are your payment terms for new customers?

We accept 40% deposit and balance payment before delivery.

6. Do you have any quality assurance certificates?
We guarantee the approval of your local government. If our product failed in matching the standard for our reasons, we'll fix it until succeed. Besides, we offer a 12 months warranty.

7. What is the minimum order quantity?

Our MOQ is 1 set. Considering cost saving for our customers, we suggest to order at least 4 at one time.

8. What all is included and not included in the kit?
We offer turn-key solution including all the furniture, sanitary and electrical appliance. We can also provide many updated options.

9. What types of packaging do you usually use for this product?
We ship the house with 40' frame container. Safe lifting operation, causing no deformation of the frame, ensure the stability during the long sailing. Multiple cover, minimizing the effect from the severe environment.
