His boss signed an decoration order for a big new hotel which would open 40 days later. The order included 1000 meters bathroom rug. The hotel said again and again that the rugs must be healthy, because everyone knew the report of “Toxic artificial turf” on TV or online.
Mr. Laurent selected one carpet factory carefully and asked for sample at first, which could make many kinds of rug and mat. But the rug smelled heavy chemicals when the carton opened. Which must not meet the requirement. Then Mr. Laurent was anxious. At last he contacted us and we talked a lot. He told me what he worried. I said our rugs could meet STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX, which had 4 restrictions Classes. This was not important, the important was that some products met Class II, "Textiles that have direct contact to skin". Most of others only met Class IV, "Textiles for decorative purposes".
The next things went well. He was satisfied with our sample. And now the hotel has already run well for months.
