GGL-I fully automatic transparent wound dressing and I.V. wound dressing production line is customized for cusromers, it can also produce nonwoven wound dressings.
1. PLC computer system track the location of inner pad, counting function can set the automatic connection cut off
2. Width of finished products can be adjustable in effective range
3. Adhesive coated PU unwind - peeling off - cotton pad cut off - lamination - lamination with new silicon paper - kiss cut to open windows - forming - packing - finished products cut off.
4. 6 Groups materials discharge system, magnetic powder brake control; 2 group materials receiving system, controlled by motor; 3 sets of draw system.
5. Free spare enclosed with the machine
Roll blade for inner pad and finished products and packing each 1pcs, which made from Japan (high speed steel)
Stepping motor 4sets, hot sealing roller 1pcs.
Finished delivery platform 1pcs
6. Driving system adopt synchronous pulley, roll blade adopt gear wheel driving, slider installation to install and disassemble.
