For silver film, just silver logo is allow. After logo printed, it can heat transfer on clothing, bags, gloves and so on. |
Artwork:
1. transparent reflective vinyl has glass beads layer on top and the suface of it is protected by an adhesive PET carrier.
2. transparent reflective vinyl can do laser cutting according to your logo, then hot press on sport wear, shoes, traffic safe garment etc.
3. transparent reflective vinyl is suitable for computer cutting or die-cutting.
Noticed:
1. Do not use solvenated surfactants
2. Do not use Chlorine or perborate bleach
3. Low to medium alkaline, high surfactant detergents are preferred
4. Lower PH ( nearer to neutral ) and lower active alkallnity will increase the lifetime performance of the retroreflective material
Heat Transfer conditions:
1. Heat transfer temperature: 130-150°C
2. Dwell times: 10-20 seconds
3.Washing Cycles: 25 times
