Bubble Cap

It's mainly composed of a blister cap, a riser pipe, a connecting stud, a nut, and a washer component. The processed stainless steel cap, is the main component of the blister tray. There are two types of circular blister and strip blister. At present, the circular cap is mainly used, and its shape is like a bell jar. There are many teeth on the wall of the cap, and the shape is rectangular, triangular and trapezoidal. There is a riser tube in the cap to form a swivel space between the cap and the riser. The gas riser is fixed on the tray, and the gas phase enters the rotary space through the gas riser, and is ejected from the tooth gap at a certain discharge speed to form bubbling contact with the liquid on the tray to carry out the mass transfer process. 

The bubble tower is one of the earliest tower types used in gas-liquid mass transfer equipment. The most prominent feature of the bubble tray is that there is a riser pipe, and the riser is covered with a bubble cover. The liquid layer on the plate has a negotiated height. The overflow weir is maintained, the riser pipe is higher than the tray, so that the liquid on the plate does not leak into the pipe, which determines that the bubble column has greater operational flexibility, and because the plate has a certain liquid layer height, the gas is directly near The bottom of the blister is blown out to contact the liquid on the plate, so that the bubble tray is also highly efficient.
