Torque Wrench Calibrator
Yuxi Torque Wrench Calibrator is developed and produced by Shandong Yuxi instrument co., Ltd. in cooperation with National Institute of Metrology, China (NIM, Top metrological scientific research center and national legal metrological technical institution in China). It can be used to calibrate various torque wrench and tightening metering devices.
Torque wrench calibrator consists of frame, loading mechanism, high precision torque sensor and display instrument. Multi - sensor combination can be used on the same frame and mechanism
The STM series is manual loading, and the DSTM series is equipped with automatic control system to realize automatic loading.
Application:
Torque wrench calibrator is a system that is used for torque testing, calibration and verification in the industrial field. It can test and calibrate most torque wrenches, torque screwdrivers, multiplier and non-impact pneumatic power tools etc.

Calibration software
1.Presetting, data recording, automatic determination of whether the data is qualified, printing and output, calibration and adjustment, etc.
2. Pictorialize the loading process. It’s easy to choose operation mode (Trace mode, peak mode), unit(N·m,in.lb,ft.lb,kgf·m etc.), Parameter setting (loading mode selection, loading parameter selection, etc.)
