FDG-120 is made of both needle coke and petroleum coke with low sulphur, low ash and low C.T.E. as main material and coal pith as binder through forming, baking, impregnation, rebaking, re-impregnation, re-baking, graphitization, and precise machining. It features high thermal conductivity and mechanical strength .  It is effective for cooling the furnace bottom , decreasing the bottom temperature , and slow down the bottom erosion.It is used for bottom and hearth of blast furnace.

Q: Are you producer or trader?

A: Fangda Carbon is the largest graphite manufacturer and exporter in China. We are experienced in 50+ years production and with 30+ years export.  

Q: What is the lead-time ?
A: As we need at least 90 days for production, we prefer to confirm the PO at least 3 months before delivery. However for trial in small quantity, we may try to deliver within 30days, depending on our availability for customer’s demand.  

Q: Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ?
A: Yes. We do provide the samples in small quantity, like 3 pcs or 6pcs. Due to the high value, the customer needs to pay the costs.

Q: What is your preferable payment terms?
A: We prefer to do TT in advance before delivery and another priority is 100% LC at sight.

Q: Why did we receive commercial offers with cheaper prices than your price?
