A: Generally it is 7-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to

1:Could I get filter samples?
: For new customers, we would like to provide our free samples when they willing to pay freight-charge. For custom-built samples, we have to get the payment then send by effective account of DHL, Fedex, UPS, etc. We will keep in touch with you time to time, when new products come out, samples will be offered.
2:Could I get your products catalog and price list?
Yes, catalog could be sent when needed, and price list information also could be provided by email as soon as we get your clear inquiry.
3. What's your Minimum Order Quantity?
If goods shipped by air or express, we do not have MOQ for normal filter elements; when sent by sea, MOQ is 100 pcs for the standard filter cartridges, special requirement products according to the cost and specific circumstance.
4. What terms of payment do you adopt?
For large quantity order-50% T/T as deposit in advance 50% T/T before shipment. For small quantity or sample order - 100% T/T in advance. Also, you can pay via WESTERN UNION AND PAYPAL, ETC.
5. What kind of shipment will you use?
Goods can be shipped by express courier, air and ocean. By express courier, you could get the samples or goods door to door within
3-4 working days after loading, you can check the tracking condition online with its tracking No.. Generally we use TNT, DHL,FEDEX, UPS and EMS, etc. By air, the goods are shipped to your appointed airport and within 7 days after loading, you shall pick the goods up from the airport by yourself and clear custom. The freight is more economical than express. By ocean, it will take about 15-30 days for delivery according to different lines, you shall pick up the goods by yourself and clear custom, and also could ask to send the goods to your appointed place, it called DDU or DDP service.
6. Could you give us lowest price for filters in China?
As we known, you get what you pay for, we offer higher quality filter products with reasonable price! We don't sale low quality filters in very low prices, also don't take much time to discuss only for price before you have not checking the quality of our products. Yes, we accept OEM/ODM for filter business, help our customers make their label and stick on products.
